The Dark Side of D&I

Much as many of us would like to think that Diversity & Inclusion is widely accepted and appreciated in the corporate world, most companies put in little-to-no effort to bridge the gap between a diverse pool of talent and their workforce. In this presentation, we will discuss some of the major obstacles preventing companies from having adequate D&I practices, and what you as an individual can do to help create a world where everyone can belong and contribute according to their strengths.
